This original 1890’s weatherboard farmhouse was restored and extended for the owners of Contemporary Hotels. The original 4 bedrooms were retained from the old footprint, while the rear extension features a double height open plan living/dining room with a stunning entertainers kitchen. Floating above this space is a master bedroom retreat on a mezzanine level designed to capture the stunning views of Coolongatta Mountain. The authentic restoration of the farmhouse flows easily into the modern extension which is peppered with some incredible designer finishes.

Highly recommended for a peace of mind, quality builder. As we are based in Sydney and our build was in Berry, it was a daunting prospect not being able to be on-site during the build.
