Cupitts Winery
A highly awarded destination winery, brewery, fromagerie, restaurant and wedding venue with cottage accommodation. The brief to J2 was to extend existing facilities with a contemporary design by architect Andrew Wallace. The new restaurant pavilion needed to integrate with the European heritage of the winery. With concrete floors and exposed timber trusses, the room and surrounding decks have transformed the restaurant space and wedding venues to maximise the extraordinary views over the vineyard to Burrill Lake and the Budawang Ranges.
